New Intel drivers confirm Arc Alchemist desktop cards

In a past article we had anticipated that the Intel Arc Alchemist range of GPUs would consist of 7 models. Confirmation of this now comes directly from the company, through the info leaked from the latest driver version 30.0.101.1732. The line will specifically include the A310, A380, A580, A750, A770, Pro A40 and Pro A50 cards.

The entry-level group will consist of the Arc A380, A350 and A310 variants. These are models with 8, 6 and 4 Xe-Cores and memory ranging from 4GB (64-bit bus) in the cheapest cards, up to 6GB (96-bit bus) in the A380. This lineup is expected to compete with both Nvidia's RTX 3050s and AMD's Navi 24s and, in addition to including GPUs intended for gaming, the two Pro series models will also be included, namely A40 with ACM-G10 and A50 chips with chip ACM-G11.

Intel Arc
The only top-of-the-range Intel GPU is finally the Arc A770, a video card equipped with the ACM-G10 graphics chip, with 32 Xe-Cores and a bus width of 256 bits. Also in this case there may be two models available with different amount of memory, in the 8 or 16GB VRAM sizes. The rest of the specifications remain unchanged.

The Arc Alchemist range should also include the mysterious A780, a hypothetical "Limited Edition" GPU with specifications still unknown. The launch was in any case postponed due to some problems also inherent to the supply chain. The only models currently available are the A370M and A350M laptop GPUs, first launched in Korea and arriving in the rest of world markets by the end of Q2 2022. The document also does not mention the Arc A350, which could possibly be released later.
