Google Russia is preparing to file for bankruptcy

The Russian branch of Google will soon declare bankruptcy, as the main company is no longer able to maintain the headquarters which employs over 100 employees. The reason is that the Russian authorities have seized the Google Russia bank account, effectively making it impossible to manage the company headquarters, as confirmed by the company itself to The Verge.

After the start of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, Google has suspended the sale of advertising in Russian territory, including through YouTube with the blocking of advertisements (and monetization) on channels owned by the state media of the Federation, until the next total blocking of accounts.
