A Ferrari spotted at the Lamborghini factory

Watching a Ferrari enter and leave the Lamborghini plant in Sant’Agata is not something you see every day; however, this is what was captured by the Italian youtuber Varryx, while he was waiting to spot (in the jargon "spot") a new Lamborghini.

Instead of a camouflaged Lamborghini prototype or any other forklift from the brand, the youtuber has taken a mysterious Ferrari SF90 Stradale equipped with the exclusive Assetto Fiorano package. Although the Ferrari models have never been tested by Lamborghini before, we assume that the Italian marque is comparing the SF90 Stradale with one of its upcoming next-generation supercars. After all, Lamborghini has been working on electrified engines for some time now and it is not surprising that the brand can observe closely, indeed very close, the technology and behavior of rival proposals. By 2024, in the Lamborghini house, we should see the debut of the successors of Aventador, Huracan and Urus and, later by 2028, the first real electric.

The Ferrari SF90 was introduced in 2019 and is equipped with a sophisticated 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, paired with three electric motors for a combined output of 1,000 horsepower. This supercar represents, at the moment, the most performing solution in the Ferrari range, with a sprint from 0-100 in 2.5 seconds and a top speed of 340 km / h.

Lamborghini has confirmed that its next mid-engined superar destined to replace the Aventador will be equipped with a new hybrid V12 and we believe that Lamborghini can learn a lot from Ferrari which has been developing hybrid solutions of various kinds since Ferrari . After the new Aventador, it will be the turn of the Huracan which, as we know, will have a more compact engine and probably conceptually closer to that of the SF90 Stradale del Cavallino. At present it is mostly speculation; below we leave you the video of Varryx. | ); }

As if it isn't hard enough keeping an assembly plant going these days, what with the chip shortage and other disruptions.

But it's pretty rare that an assembly plant has to shut down because a jungle cat is loose on the factory floor.

Yet that's what happened last week when a 3-year-old male leopard wandered into the Mercedes-Benz plant in Chakan, India. Factory workers, according to The Drive, freaked out in the appropriate manner and evacuated the premises. Usually, they are making an array of models with three-pointed stars, from the GLA and CLA to the C-Class, S-Class and Maybach S 560, according Autoblog.

Not that leopards are uncommon in those parts: They are plentiful in nearby forests. But with their habitat rapidly shrinking, according to Wildlife SOS, there have been increasing incidents of big cats seeking food in more human spaces.

Wildlife SOS sent two veterinarians and two other members of its rapid-response unit to sedate, examine and remove the big kitty. Since it was otherwise uninjured, they released the leopard back to the forest.

Such an incident may be unusual, but according to The Drive, it is not unique: In 2017, a leopard got into Maruti Suzuki's massive million-vehicles-per-year plant and roamed about for a day and half until it, too, was captured and released.
