The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero now has an official release date in Europe on PC, PS4 and Nintendo Switch, accompanied by a new trailer on the history of the JRPG coming this year to our parts on selected platforms.Originally released on PSP in September 2010 in Japan, it arrived the following year also on PC, then later on PS Vita and PS4 but only at home, without ever reaching the West. With the release date set for September 27, 2022, The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero will finally arrive in Europe on PC, PS4 and Nintendo Switch.
It is a classic JRPG that stages the story of Lloyd Bannings within the Crossbell Police Department, with various cases to follow that lead him into an increasingly intricate story, in the company of various departmental companions and with strategic combat. The new trailer released today shows some cutscenes that introduce elements of the story, settings and characters that characterize the game in question.

The arrival of The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero in the west had been announced with that of Trails of Azure in an event specifically dedicated to the series, from which the presentation of The Legend of Heroes had also emerged : Trails into Reverie.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero will launch for PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG on September 27 in North America and September 30 in Europe, publisher NIS America announced.

Lloyd Bannings returns to his hometown to follow his late brother’s footsteps and join the Crossbell Police Department. However, he finds himself assigned to a ragtag new division called the Special Support Section, which performs odd jobs and helps people in need. But he and his new teammates slowly discover that their vibrant city hides a dark criminal underbelly… as well as a few terrible secrets.

Though their department is mocked by the media and looked down on by the rest of the CPD, Lloyd and his friends continue to fight to make their city a better place. As they do, however, they slowly come face-to-face with the criminal corruption gripping their city. Little do they know just how deep the shadows of Crossbell City go…
