OnePlus without brakes: it will present six new smartphones in 2022

OnePlus without brakes

OnePlus is preparing to present many new smartphones in the course of 2022. The company apparently wants to try to attack new segments of the market and according to an insider will present a new smartphone a month between now and the end of the year.

A nice change of course for the Chinese brand, which until not too many years ago limited itself to presenting only one smartphone a year - a peculiarity that contributed to the creation of the charm and popularity of OnePlus. Effect of marriage with Oppo?

OnePlus will unveil six new smartphones in 2022

OnePlus will unveil six new smartphones over the next few months. Many of which are already known, or at least have already been leaked in the past.

To say so is the insider Yogesh Brar, who shared what should be the official timeline of the next OnePlus releases. Let's see what awaits us from here to the end of 2022.

In March OnePlus will present the Global version of the OnePlus 10 Pro. It will be equipped with OxygenOS 12, and not ColorOS, like the version released in the Chinese market. In April it is the turn of the new OnePlus Nord 2T In May a new smartphone called OnePlus 10R will be released In July it is the turn of the expected Nord 3, which could be accompanied by a new 'Pro' version of which we do not yet know the details Between September and October will release an enhanced version of the OnePlus 10 Pro, which could be called OnePlus 10 Ultra or OnePlus 10 Pro +. 2022 promises to be a record year for OnePlus, with the brand that will enhance its line-up with a roundup of new devices. We wonder if this trend will be confirmed - or even accentuated - over the next few years.

Intelligent and Adaptive Noise Cancellation and up to 38 hours of audio playback thanks to Warp Charge. The OnePlus Buds Pro can be yours at an advantageous price: you can find them on offer on Amazon!

OnePlus: OxygenOS 13 will be closer to stock UI, OnePlus 10 Pro launching end of March globally Comments

It's funny how OP is so transparent about its plans, including colourful slides, when it believes it will increase sales. However, transparency about things like bug fixes and the Android 12 update for existing customers is nowhere to be found.

My Nord 2 will only get 5G in Australia if I download an app and force it to use 5G. Without it, the phone will only do 4G. Users in other countries posted bug reports on the OP forums 5 months ago and it was never addressed, despite follow-up posts, so I know it won't be fixed.

Finally! OnePlus listened to the community crying for the real OxygenOS. Good job OnePlus!

Not to mention battery draining super fast. Luckily I didn't buy it new, but second hand with a very nice price. Practically if I will sell it, I will not loose too much money.I was waiting for the OnePlus 10 Pro, but after I saw its hardware failure, I am 100% sure I will not buy a OnePlus phone in the near future.Still, the feel of stock Android in their software is really nice. That is one of the reasons I don't like Samsung and Xiaomi phones.Maybe I will switch to Realme or Sony, even back to IOS.

  • PirJamba, 28 Feb 2022I hope oneplus also increases their yearly phone updates to 5 years like Samsung. I think they already said that for flagship phones, they will give 4 years of software updates and 5 of security updates.

Oxygen os is the pathway to make a name in western markets. After all said and done, they merged with coloros and working under supervision of BBK. Now the time to launch spyware globally with so called unifiedos.

I hope oneplus also increases their yearly phone updates to 5 years like Samsung.

George399, 28 Feb 2022Why so much hate? Somebody explain it plsAs i understood, OnePlus lately is a disaster. Especially with durability and software. If you didn't saw last news, OnePlus 10 brakes easily so people who are on the older generations of OnePlus have no choice. It's either they move to OnePlus 10 and loose things they had on their older device or move to other smartphone company. Correct me if i'm wrong or you can add some things i missed :)

notafanboy, 28 Feb 2022Why so angry? This is a Mickey Mouse company. Pushing wrong update to wrong phone - hard bricking and no single help how to fix it or at least apologise, leaving 1+9 users with absolutely non working A12 for months without single explanation if it ever be fixed. Selling 5g phone without working 5g for a year. They just want to sell product. Customer support does not exist. Sorry this is not we're expecting in Europe. Send them back to were they came from.
