This is not new , at least in MMOs. In fact, Lost Ark belongs to that gaming sector heavily affected by the bot threat and despite the large amount banned over the last week, to date there are still several problems that Smilegate (game development team) intends to solve. "After this first wave of bans, we are continuing to remove bots from the game", reads the post published yesterday. In short, we are still a long way from having a definitive solution.
With a potentially larger user base than New World (Amazon's other MMO), developers clearly need to protect Lost Ark. A possible greater influx of bots in fact could completely undermine the base of the game and make most of the players unhappy. However, Smilegate seems to know how to take care of his creature and we are pretty sure that over the next few weeks we will come back to talk about what measures will be taken in order to guarantee all players a much more correct, healthy and clean gameplay experience. br>
