Tiny Tinas Wonderlands: Release before March 2022

Tiny Tinas Wonderlands: Release before March 2022

Tiny Tinas Wonderlands

In the run-up to E3 2021, the developers at Gearbox Entertainment announced the Borderlands offshoot Tiny Tinas Wonderlands. As in the Borderlands 2 DLC Assault on Dragons Keep, you end up in a fantasy world that arises from the mind of Tiny Tina. Accordingly, things are going crazy there too. This time, the player creates his own character, which is typical of a role-playing game and which gets better and can be expanded as the adventure progresses. Despite the fantasy setting, weapons in various forms are of course not neglected. The looter gameplay should feel as usual.

For the release, the developers have so far only given an "Early 2022". This information was made more precise during the announcement of the current quarterly financial report from publisher Take-Two. From this it emerges that the game, published under the Take Two brand by 2k Games, should appear in the current financial year. Traditionally, this always ends at the end of March each year. Tiny Tinas Wonderlands can therefore be expected sometime between January 1, 2022 and March 31, 2022.

So the developers still have a good six months for the necessary fine-tuning to get the offshoot to the usual quality to lead. When it comes to the cast, the makers of Gearbox have at least made a splash. Hollywood star Will Arnett will take on the role of the villain Dragon Lord. In addition to Ashly Burch as Tina Tina, Andy Samberg and Wanda Sykes can also be heard in prominent roles. It is not yet known which German voices the respective characters take over. The game will be available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series S / X.

Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Release Window Has Been Narrowed Down

Fans of the Borderlands franchise were surprised to see a spin-off video game. Tiny Tina from Borderlands 2 is making a significant return and this time with her own video game. Next year we will be receiving Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. This standalone installment allows anyone to join in on the fun. If you thought Borderlands looked fun but never got into the games, then you’re in luck. This title will be available for both veteran Borderland players along newcomers alike. Today, we’re finding out that we might get Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands before March 2022 wraps.

While the news has been a little scarce for Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, the Take-Two lineup list out that Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands will be releasing within the fourth quarter of 2022. That would set the launch up for sometime between January and March of 2022. Fortunately, fans might not have to wait too long into next year before they can dive into this new game. But, unfortunately, that’s about as small of a release window we have right now.

If you haven’t been following this game, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands takes on the inspiration of Borderlands 2 DLC, Assault on Dragon Keep. Still, again newcomers should be able to play this game without having played past Borderland titles. What you can expect is more fantasy gameplay with a mixture of weapons and spellcasting. Likewise, we know that there is the ability to create your own character as well. This could be a big move with options to tweak your character’s attributes or skills. However, that’s speculative right now since we don’t know how many customization options we’ll have.

We also know that Tiny Tina’s voice actress, Ashly Burch, is making a return to reprise her role. We’re a bit bare-bones right now on the game premise, but hopefully, that changes soon. For now, we know that the game will be released for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC platforms when it hits the marketplace next year.
