A group of modders have well thought of creating a version of the game completely transformed by the inclusion of 500 different mods to improve and change practically every single element of the game. The modders, however, you know, they do not stop even a minute, and here appears yet another very interesting mod for the GDR.The mod in question takes an element present in many three-dimensional chapters of the saga of The Legend of Zelda and brings it into The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim. Let's talk about the paraglider, a very useful object for Link and players to explore the various areas of Hyrule with greater freedom by gliding from above. Now, thanks to a mod, this useful gadget has also been included in Skyrim, revolutionizing the way you can move around the open map of the Bethesda title.
The couple of modders known with the nicknames of LokiWasTaken and NickNak explain that "after almost six months of development and after various obstacles and problems, we have finally reached a playable and functional state for our mod and it is ready to be released". As can also be seen from a video clip posted on Reddit, the paravela in Skyrim really allows you to radically change the way you move around the continent.

This Skyrim mod gives the Dovahkiin a Breath of the Wild-style paraglider
Skyrim modders have created a working paraglider, taking inspiration from Breath of the Wild in its look and feel.

It's a genius little creation by the huge community surrounding Bethesda's classic RPG, and even grants the player full directional control as they're floating through the air with the paraglider.

Although you'll need to be running Nemesis in order to make the mod to function as intended by its developers, that's a small ask to introduce a great feature like this to Bethesda's game.
The mod has been an absolute smash-hit success over on the official Skyrim subreddit since it was first unearthed by users last week, amassing nearly 20,000 upvotes in under a week. A paraglider in Skyrim is one of those ideas that sounds so obvious that you can't believe no one's done it before when you first hear of it.
The paraglider mod is not only available for the base version of Skyrim, but also Skyrim Special Edition on consoles, so you can use this with the 2016 remastered version of the game. If this doesn't sound like the perfect excuse to revisit Skyrim, we don't know what is.
