We told you yesterday about writer James Tynion IV's choice to leave DC Comics to freely publish his comics on the Substack newsletter platform. Today, other high-profile authors have decided to follow the lead of Tynion IV and Nick Spencer before him.

Let's talk about Jonathan Hickman, Scott Snyder, Ram V, Molly Ostertag, and Saladin Ahme d, all writers who have announced a collaboration with Substack. Ahmed, screenwriter for the Marvel magazine Miles Morales: Spider-Man, has already announced his first project: Terrorwar, made together with Dave Acosta and coming in the next few days, will be set in a future in which it is possible to face one's own fears, giving them shape.

Even Hickman, currently in force at Marvel managing the X-Men titles and writing the main one, has already communicated his projects to bring to Substack: involving the Writers Ram V, Tini Howard and Al Ewing and designers Mike Del Mundo and Mike Huddleston and designer Sasha E. Head, Hickman will launch Three Worlds Three Moons, which, similar to his approach to the X-Men titles, will be a set of titles connected. A universe that will expand more and more and whose elaboration will be told step by step by the screenwriter in his newsletter. The writer has already published the logo of the series (above) and a promotional image, below.

Panini Comics has recently published the two series of House of X / Powers of X in one volume in Italy unique and the first collection of the X-Men written by Jonathan Hickman, both available on Amazon.it.

Finally, after announcing a collaboration between ComiXology and Dark Horse Comics to publish several previously announced series, Scott Snyder also announced that he intends to land on Substack. By signing up for a subscription to his newsletter, the writer will tell you how to make and publish your own comics.

James Tynion IV, writer of Something is Killing the Children, has already announced his first series for Substack, The Blue Book, science fiction title created with Michael Avon Oeming coming in September.
