Harry Potter: Talisman: Harry Potter coming soon

Harry Potter

Even Harry Potter fans will be able to play Talisman thanks to The Op and Talisman: Harry Potter, an edition entirely dedicated to the wizard and the Wizarding World of the classic board game Talisman. The Op after having dedicated itself to Talisman: Kingdom Hearts (Amazon link), Talisman: Batman and Talisman: Star Wars (Amazon link) then returns to explore new and intriguing possibilities for this historic board game, in this new Potterian version, in which revive the epic conflict between the heroes of Hogwarts and the forces of the Dark Lord.

In Talisman: Harry Potter, players 2 to 6 ages 11 and up can choose to play as members of the Order of the Phoenix or the evil Death Eaters. In both cases, the two factions will have to explore the game board, which for the occasion will replicate the iconic places of the Rowlingian Wizarding World where players will have to interact with some characters and events familiar to all fans of the saga. Among the places that can be visited during Talisman: Harry Potter games there will be for example Diagon Alley, the gates of the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, the Forbidden Forest and the classrooms on three circular floors. Whatever the path of the players, the end of each game will culminate with the fateful showdown in the Great Hall just like in the ending of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

As for the characters, players will be able to choose from 9 characters (with their unpainted plastic miniature), including Harry Potter, Rubeus Hagrid, Draco Malfoy, Bellatrix LeStrange, Minerva McGonagall, Lucius Malfoy and Albus Dumbledore.

Talisman: Harry Potter will be placed on the market, in its English-language edition, starting September 28, 2021 and will be priced at $ 59.99. At the moment we have no news about a possible Italian localization.

CNN hosts mock Giuliani for charging less than Harry Potter character on Cameo: 'That's a statement'

CNN hosts on Wednesday morning brutally mocked former president Donald Trump's personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, for raising money to pay his mounting legal expenses on the celebrity messaging site Cameo.

'He's charging $275 for each of these spots that he could give someone,' CNN reporter Kara Scannell explained. 'Jerry Springer is also on Cameo, and he's $134.

'This does reflect the financial straights that he's in, this dire situation,' Scannell added of Giuliani. 'He's not getting help from the former president, his longtime client. He's facing election litigation (and) of course this big criminal investigation by the federal prosecutors in New York. All of that can get very expensive. His friend, Bernie Kerik, had launched a fund to raise money for him . . . He hasn't raised that much money really at all, so none of the Trump allies are coming to his rescue.'

'I was trying to figure out if $275 was a good rate for Giuliani,' host John Berman responded. 'I was trying to find like-to-like comparisons, compare apples to apples.'

'The Night King from 'Game of Thrones': $100. You can get like 2.75 Night Kings, extinction-level characters, for one Rudy Giiuliani. So one extinction is worth two impeachments,' Berman said.

'Draco Malfoy is nearly $600, so poor Rudy Giuliani, longtime mayor of New York City, you can get for less than half of Draco Malfoy, who by the way didn't kill Dumbledore, he only disarmed him,' Berman added, referring to the Harry Potter character played by Tom Felton.

'Rudy Giuliani getting half of Draco Malfoy. I think that's a statement on society,' Berman said.
