Battlefield 2042: gameplay video from closed beta pops up on the net, EA blocks everything

Battlefield 2042

Battlefield 2042 is currently going through a phase of limited technical beta, but it is an extremely restricted and very secret event, therefore the release of a gameplay video from this test version is strongly addressed by Electronic Arts, which is run for cover trying to block everything right away.

Originally it was a single source, but the video bounced through various internet pages and discussion forums, triggering the immediate response from EA which is now trying to erase all traces of the leak.

As always happens in these cases, it is quite difficult for the publisher to be able to completely remove all traces of the videos, which will probably continue to flow in some way between forums, message boards and social media, therefore it is possible that you will find some anticipation on the gameplay of Battlefield 2042 online in these hours.

Being strictly confidential material and under the NDA quite rigorous do, we avoid reporting links to suspicious sources, so we limit ourselves to reporting the issue and EA's initiative in contrast to this leak. In the meantime, we saw the short film of the game Exodus just yesterday, which also allowed us to write a new preview on Battlefield 2042, waiting to be able to try it again in more depth (and be able to report impressions).
