Xiaomi Mi Pad 5

The rumors have become so insistent that it is now taken for granted that Xiaomi is about to present a new family of tablets this summer. Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 has been awaited by fans of the brand for a very long time and the desire to know more details about it grows with the approach of the potential launch event.

From China comes a render that would seem to show for the first time ever one of the upcoming Xiaomi tablets, however it seems too good to be true…

Xiaomi should announce the Mi Pad 5 product family in August according to the most recent rumors. It is very likely that the Android tablets will be unveiled at the same launch event in which we will see Xiaomi Mi MIX 4, Mi C11 and MIUI 13, although the date of this presentation has unfortunately not yet been announced.

On Weibo, meanwhile, what appears to be a promotional banner dedicated to advertising one of the next Xiaomi tablets has popped up. In the image you can see a Mi Pad 5 from two different angles, rendered flanked by a short list of technical specifications.

The tablet is shown with extremely thin bezels around the display and two cameras accompanied by a flash LED in the back.

The renderings are pure fantasy, however, as many of the comments below the post on the Chinese social network also underline.

We expect the Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 to have reduced frames around it. to the display but more in line with the aesthetics of the iPad Pro and Huawei MatePad Pro. The latest rumors suggest that tablets should mount an 11 "panel (10.95" to be precise) with 2K resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. Under the hood a Qualcomm heart would beat, the Snapdragon 870 for the more powerful model while a Snapdragon 860 (the same as the Poco X3 Pro) for the cheaper variant.

The two Mi Pad 5s should have a 67W and 22.5W charging system respectively. Several accessories are also expected to be announced such as a cover with trackpad and keyboard as well as a stylus for drawing or notes.

The iPhone SE version 2020 64GB is currently available on Amazon at a discount for just 479.00 euro, don't miss it!
