Ariel, the mermaid

There were already some unofficial photos to be seen, the scenes from the filming of the real-life adaptation of Arielle, the Mermaid. But only now is there a first real picture that comes directly from Disney and is therefore also approved by the highest authority. This is a photo that you can find on the Instagram account of the Arielle actress Halle Bailey.

It shows the actress half lying in the water, while it can be seen that the lower half of her body is the one classic mermaid matches. The photo was taken on the coast of Sardinia, where the filming of the real-life version of Arielle, the Mermaid (buy now € 6.79) took place over the past few weeks. According to Bailey's statements, these have recently been completed - at least for her personally. She also talks about the hard time on set during the corona pandemic.

"It was the hardest experience to be away from everything and everyone I know; I felt self-doubt and loneliness, but also freedom and persistence as I reached the end. That experience made me a lot stronger than I ever thought it would. "
