Specifically, Rai Movie, the channel mainly dedicated to auteur cinema, obviously with a particular focus on Italian productions, it will offer a series of themed weekly appointments, with Mondays designed to cover the western genre, offering titles such as I Cancelli del Cielo by Michael Cimino, in the version restored by the editorial staff, as well as masterpieces such as The Magnificent Seven and Indian Hunters.
On Tuesday, however, the series "The vice of cinema" will start, proposing surprising titles and a little "over the top", while Wednesday will be entirely dedicated to the best of the most recent productions of Italian cinema. Thursday evening will be dedicated to the emotions aroused by thriller genre productions, Friday, with “Wonderfully Divo”, will instead be a sort of parade of the greatest international stars, while Saturday is reserved for sophisticated and more committed comedy. All foreign-produced films will always be available with double audio, both dubbed and original, in order to make them better appreciated.
Rai 4, on the other hand, will be modulated between a serial programming, in the late evening and always starting from autumn, which will be distinguished by several premieres. On Monday the second part of the sixth and final season of the Vikings series and the horror series, produced by Guillermo Del Toro, The Strain will air.
On Thursday, on the other hand, the beloved couple of detectives protagonists of Private Eyes will return, with the fourth season of the series, while for the second evening of Saturday, top series in first run will be scheduled, such as the fourth season of the Fargo crime series. Even the afternoons will be characterized by action and strong emotions, with some series in world premiere, such as the procedural-thriller, in world premiere, Burden of Truth.
In the pre-evening slot, on the other hand, we will be accompanied by two first-time series: the fourth season of the action Seal Team and High Flyers, a European series that will lead us to meet three young military cadets aspiring pilots of war fighters.
The film programming of the channel, on the other hand, will be organized for weekly appointments, including thrillers with female themes and protagonists, fantastic genres, among which we will be able to find titles such as The Secrets of Marrowbone and Hole - The abyss, The Angel of Evil - Brightburn and Above Ssuspicion, with Emilia Clarke, inspired by an authentic 1980s news story.
There will be blockbuster evenings, with titles such as 7 Strangers at El Royale, with Chris Hemsworth, Jeff Bridges and Dakota Johnson and Scary Stories to tell in the dark directed by André Øvredal, produced by Guillermo Del Toro and based on a series of children's horror books written by Alvin Schwartz.
