Buy PS5: Order console at O2 - PlayStation 5 with Free M tariff

Buy PS5

Buying a PS5 is extremely difficult even seven months after the release. If you want to buy a PlayStation 5, you have to watch the relevant shop websites meticulously - and then react quickly as soon as consoles are available. The mostly small contingents of the dealers are always sold out in no time. After all: The cell phone provider O2 now has consoles in connection with a cell phone tariff in its range again. As can be seen on the website, those interested can access a PS5 Digital Edition with a second controller.

Jump directly to the offer: PS5 Digital + 2nd controller with O2 Free M for 42.99 euros per month. The PS5 is available together with the O2-Free-M tariff for a monthly price from 42.99 euros (39.99 euros connection price, one-time fee of 1 euros, contract term: 24 months). The tariff includes an all-network flat rate and 20 GB of volume in the 4G network. Additional bandwidth can be booked for a monthly surcharge. However, if you decide to take out a tariff, you have to plan a little waiting time until the postman hands over the PS5: O2 specifies a delivery time of three weeks. In addition, the number of items is limited.

You should therefore not allow yourself much time if you are interested in the offer. In previous campaigns, the consoles were quickly sold out. It remains to be seen whether O2 will also offer mobile phone contracts together with the disc version of the PlayStation 5 (buy now) during the course of the day. We'll update the article as soon as we get more information. The PS5 hit the market in November 2020. Since then, the console has been sold out practically everywhere. You can find more deals in our bargain guide. There you will also find out when the console can be regularly bought again.

PS5s are currently sold out at all major retailers, but dedicated console trackers are expecting multiple restocks to occur today.

Below is a breakdown of the latest PS5 restock information.

PS Direct PS5 Restock

Console trackers are predicting that your best chance at getting a PS5 today is by visiting Sony's official storefront.

A number of randomly selected PSN users have already received email notifications inviting them to purchase a PlayStation 5 from the website. After a period of exclusivity for these customers, the queue will eventually open up to everybody else. This is anticipated to happen at around 5 p.m. ET today.

When the queue does open, Twitter accounts like @Wario64 and @GYXdeals will send out immediate alerts.

Walmart is expected to get additional PS5 supplies this afternoon.

The retailer was already selling the digital edition of the console on Monday, and analysts are now predicting that they will be releasing the disc edition at roughly 3 p.m. ET.

Again, if this happens Twitter accounts like @Wario64 or @GYXdeals will give you early notice.

All PS5 bundles are sold out at Best Buy, but according to industry trackers, the outlet is overdue for a restock.

A few days ago, we reported that Best Buy had recently added a PlayStation 5 bundle to its online store that included Ratchet & Clank: A Rift Apart. At the time, this displayed as 'sold out,' even though you could never order it from Best Buy in the first place.

Trackers concluded that this product page must have been set up in anticipation of new stocks dropping later in the week. For a while, analysts have been predicting that Best Buy's inventories are going to be replenished, so it could happen any day now.

If the Ratchet & Clank bundle does become available, the likes @Wario64 or @GYXdeals will be the first to let you know.

While Amazon doesn't have any PS5s in stock right now, it is worth noting that the online marketplace will soon be celebrating its 'Prime Day' event.

Lasting from June 21 to June 22, this flash sale often revolves specifically around electronic goods. As such, there is a decent chance that a few PS5 consoles might be up for grabs.

To be eligible for the two-day event, you will need to make sure that you are an Amazon Prime subscriber. Memberships start at $12.99 a month or you can get a 30-day free trial.

Despite rumours that the retailer's stock was heavily depleted across the country, Target actually released new PS5s on Wednesday. Both the disc and digital editions were briefly available from around 7:30 a.m. ET, before they were quickly snapped up.

While this likely means that Target won't have any additional supplies for at least a couple of weeks, it's still worth monitoring its social media channels just in case. As with Wednesday's restock, news that PS5s are being restocked at Target usually breaks very early in the morning.

Newegg was also selling PS5s yesterday, as part of their 'Newegg Shuffle'. For those who don't know, it's basically a lottery system that gives randomly selected users the chance to place an order.

At the time of writing, there was no indication of when the next PS5 shuffle might open, but Twitter accounts like @Wario64 or @GYXdeals will provide reliable updates.

Antoline released new PS5 units on Monday, but these were only available in expensive bundles. Since they sold out, there has been no word on when the retailer is expected to get more in stock.

As we predicted in our most recent Xbox Series X update, Microsoft's next-gen console hit GameStop shelves yesterday.

During this special event, there were no PS5s available whatsoever. As far as trackers can tell, Sony's console will only be sold via GameStop's website and won't be appearing physically in stores for the foreseeable future.

Costco hasn't released any additional PS5 units for the last couple of months, and trackers can't predict when this is likely to change. If more stock does become available soon, Twitter accounts like @Wario64 or @GYXdeals will keep you up to date.
