Goku Super Saiyan 4 S.H. Figuarts from Dragon Ball GT

Goku Super Saiyan 4 S.H. Figuarts from Dragon Ball GT

On the occasion of Son Goku Day, Tamashii Nations announced the brand new action figure of Son Goku Super Saiyan 4, thus paving the way for the new line up dedicated to Dragon Ball GT. The figure, made entirely of plastic, shown ahead of time during fairs and events with a prototype, is finally shown in its final form with the introduction of new and functional joints that improve the posability but also the aesthetics of the figures.

Dragon Ball GT is a 64-episode anime series made in the early 2000s and no longer considered canon after the events of Dragon Ball Super. The story of Dragon Ball GT was initially placed as a sequel to the Dragon Ball Z saga and saw Son Goku return as a child after Pilaf accidentally makes a wish to another Dragon of the Spheres kept hidden by the previous Supreme. These spheres are scattered around the galaxy and Goku, again a child, sets off on the adventure together with his granddaughter Pan and a young Trunks. Faced with new opponents, the little Goku will be able to return to his adult form only with the transformation into Super Saiyan 4.

The figure of Son Goku Super Saiyan 4 provides for the presence of numerous accessories and interchangeable parts such as alternative hands and faces, allowing us to recreate various battle scenarios. Goku Super Saiyan 4 will also include an effect to recreate the red Kame Hame Ha wave. The body of Goku, compared to the previous releases of the S.H.Figuarts series, would seem completely revised from the point of view of the forms since it appears much more massive and muscular. We also note the introduction of some new joints at the elbows and knees that greatly improve the visual impact.

The action figure of Goku Super Saiyan 4 will be available in Japan from October 2021 and in the following months in Italy thanks to Cosmic Group, at a cost of around 65 euros. You can retrieve your favorite Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z characters at this link.
