Exactly like last year the Gamescom 2021 will be completely digital and free for all fans. Unlike the previous edition, however, it has already been confirmed that a series of new features not yet communicated will be added. Again, next August, the world community will be able to come together in an event to celebrate the latest titles and all the most exciting news.
To accompany Gamescom 2021 and to open the dance again it will be up to Geoff Keighly and his Open Night Live. The event will lead the way for the days of the digital fair and will contain the major announcements that will take place during the summer. This was announced by the US presenter himself, who also confirmed that the new appointment for the ONL digital event will take place on August 25th and will be a free broadcast for all fans.
This year @gamescom will once again be all digital.
It will kick off with Opening Night Live, which I am producing again on Wednesday, August 25 - as a free livestream for everyone around the world.

It is still very early to think about which games and new announcements will be the protagonists of Gamescom 2021 and the new Open Night Live event. In the meantime, let's not forget that this year there will also be a very different E3 2021 compared to previous editions, but that will not lack news related to the new generation console PS5 and Xbox Series X | S.
