Assassin's Creed Valhalla: Update 1.2.2 is coming - first preview of the bug fixes

Assassin's Creed Valhalla

For a few days, the first major DLC for Assassin's Creed Valhalla has been available with Wrath of the Druids. Season pass owners receive the expansion included. The developers are currently working on update 1.2.2, which should be available for download in June. In a current forum post they go into the known problems - and reveal which errors should be removed from the game world with the upcoming update. In the past few days, players have reported, for example, that the orders with Wrath of the Druids disappear from the quest log if their character dies screen death and the game is then reloaded. As a workaround, the developers recommend quitting the game and then restarting it.

In "The Mast of Diplomacy", on the other hand, it can cause Eivor to get stuck in the stone fence while searching for Barid. As a workaround, Ubisoft recommends loading an earlier save to fix the problem. In "Into the Fog" it can happen that the last enemy cannot be defeated because he spawned inside a rock. Here, too, the developers recommend loading the latest saved game.

In addition, the patch 1.2.2 planned for June should address bug fixes for individual quests from the main story, in which opponents cannot be killed or interactions with NPCs are not possible, which prevents further progress. You can find the list of known problems in the Ubisoft forum under this link. Note that this is not a final list and changes may still be made before the update release.
