The Last Of Us Part 2

Did Naughty Dog have any DLC in store for The Last of Us Part 2? Probably yes, at least according to Jason Schreier, former writer of Kotaku and currently in force at the newspaper that deals with economics and finance Bloomberg. The words of the US journalist, one of the most trusted figures in the entire video game industry, were spoken during an episode of the MinnMax Show podcast, which aired on YouTube.

Over the past few days Schreier has been down in the details regarding the situation of Sony and the projects in the pipeline. The Last of Us was a great protagonist, with lots of indications regarding a possible remake for PlayStation 5. During the show we are talking about, however, Schreier decided to talk about the DLC situation for the second chapter of the adventures of Ellie and Joel, explaining that they were probably in the works but have been canceled.

The Last of Us Part 2 has been out for several months now. The title was a great success with audiences and critics, but the absence of additional content is destined to last, at least according to Schreier's words. Not even he knows for sure if sooner or later Naughty Dog will put his hands on the project with unreleased DLCs but the further you go, the more unlikely the development team will actually launch any add-ons, as happened for example on the occasion of the first chapter, too. if obviously the fame and popularity enjoyed by the franchise makes it attractive for the launch of new elements every time of the year.

The universe of The Last of Us still seems to expand even without additional content. In addition to the possible remake for the new Sony home console, the videogame work will receive a television adaptation on HBO. And also pay attention to the multiplayer of the second chapter: it is not excluded that instead of a DLC a solution based on the multiplayer sector is proposed.

Acclaimed by many, The Last of Us Part 2 is available on Amazon at a discount: you can buy it by clicking here.
