The determined and adventurous archaeologist from Square Enix could soon return to the gaming market with a new and interesting dedicated collection.

To reveal it - before an official announcement - is the Microsoft Store, among whose pages she has made its appearance a card related to a Tomb Raider: Definitive Survivor Trilogy. The latter would include within it the three chapters that make up the most recent new course of the historic videogame series, aimed at tracing the origins of the heroine. The following titles are included:

Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition; Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration: Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition; Overall, Tomb Raider: Definitive Survivor Trilogy would offer a substantial number of hours of entertainment, with epic adventures aimed at recreating the origins of Lara Croft. From the island of Yamatai off the Japanese coast to the Siberian tundra, passing through the mountainous sceneries of Peru, Tomb Raider, Rise of the Tomb Raider and Shadow of the Tomb Raider offer a mix of exploration, puzzles and combat. According to what is indicated on the Microsoft Store, the collection of Crystal Dynamics and Eidos Montréal productions should see the light very soon, or next Thursday 18 March. On the other hand, no next-gen improvements are mentioned.

Waiting for any official announcements from Square Enix, we remind you that as part of the celebrations for the 25 years of Tomb Raider, the start of development of a new Tomb Raider game.

Ah, the Microsoft Store has done it again! Tomb Raider: Definitive Survivor Trilogy has appeared on the aforementioned storefront, complete with an 18th March release date. As its name suggests, the package will include all three games from the modern Tomb Raider trilogy: Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition, Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration, and Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition. Naturally, all of the DLC included in those original bundles is included here as well.


And to be clear, this is just a way to buy all three titles in one go on last-gen hardware — it isn't a PS5 upgrade or anything like that.


In any case, this could end up being a great way to try out all of the Tomb Raider 'origin' games if you haven't already. Although having said that, this thing doesn't have a price tag yet, so nabbing each title individually while they're on sale might end up being the cheaper option. We'll have to wait and see.
