Gigafactory Ola Electric
A new, important project involves the Ola Electric company, as well as the electric mobility division of the Ola transport platform. In fact, the company in question has recently begun the work necessary for the construction of a new, gigantic plant, thanks to which it will be possible to produce up to 10 million electric scooters in the space of a year. Therefore, within the new factory, an electric scooter will be produced every 2 seconds.One of the most important and significant aspects inherent in the innovative factory - which will obviously be green, as it is committed to the production of zero-speed vehicles. emissions - it concerns another factor: it will be negative coal. Therefore, the plant will be able to absorb a greater amount of carbon dioxide than that which will be emitted into the air. Which is why it could be considered the greenest factory on the planet. As stated earlier, the works for the construction of the Gigafactory have already started and - therefore - the new factory of the Ola Electric company will be born in Tamil Nadu, a state located in southern India. The project will cover a very large area of about 2 square km and will guarantee a job for 10,000 people.
The production of Ola's new electric vehicles will start in June and the first e-scooters will be launched on the market already this summer. The appearance of the vehicle, apparently, will be very similar to that of the beloved Vespa. As for the technical characteristics, the scooter will have an autonomy of about 100 km and will be able to reach a maximum speed of 100 km / h. According to some rumors, some time will have to pass before the factory starts production at full capacity. In fact, when production starts (in a few months), "only" 2 million vehicles will be built during the year. However, the following year - therefore from 2022 - production will be able to guarantee 10 million electric scooters per year.
