PlayStation Plus March 2021: Announcement of new free PS4 and PS5 games this week

PlayStation Plus March 2021

As they say ... here we are! Or rather, we're almost there. Sony will announce this week the new free PlayStation Plus games of March 2021 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. February is a shorter month than normal and therefore the announcement will arrive a few days ahead of schedule.

Specifically, the date to be marked on the calendar is Wednesday 24 February at 5:30 pm (Italian time), following a calendar that has now been widely tested and which has only rarely been modified.

But what games can we expect ? In our PlayStation Plus games predictions for March 2021 we have included The Pathless for PS5 as well as a first party game (Gran Turismo Sport) and a third party game identified in Rainbow Six Siege, a title that could further increase its player base with the added to the PlayStation Plus lineup.

PlayStation AllStars will also be available for free for PS5 throughout the month of March, downloadable at no cost until the beginning of April. It is not clear if Sony will add a PlayStation 5 game in the catalog anyway considering the presence of the aforementioned Destruction AllStars, we will find out in a few days.

Appointment scheduled for Wednesday 24 February at 17:30 on these pages for the announcement of the new free PS Plus games for March 2021.

PlayStation Plus: Reports Suggest March Free Games Might Include Disco Elysium and A Plague Tale

With February almost coming to an end and March just around the corner, PlayStation Plus is ready for new games. While it is always difficult to top the previous month, somehow Sony always manages to. According to fresh leaks, the March lineup of free games on PS Plus is nothing short of amazing.

SuperDan on YouTube compiled a list of three probable games that Sony might offer for free with the PlayStation subscription service in March. While two of them are RPGs, the last one is a sports arcade with a multiplayer option. However, these reports should be taken with a grain of salt since Sony hasn’t released an official statement yet.

Play golf with friends for free this March with a PlayStation Plus subscription

An exciting addition to PS Plus in the upcoming month will be Everybody’s Golf. The indie game has a local co-op with up to 4 players and a multiplayer mode with up to 20 people. Sony has added yet another multiplayer game for PlayStation players to enjoy with their friends during the pandemic.

Everybody’s Golf is an interesting title with different turfs and maps to play on. The game includes cartoon-like characters.; however, regardless of the childlike graphics, the game uses an engine with real mechanics and ball physics.

PlayStation users can have a fun experience and enjoy golfing with their friends from the comfort of their homes.

Two Roleplaying Games also coming to PS Plus in March

A Plague Tale: Innocence is a horror-adventure game that tests the stealth ability of players. It follows the tale of a pair of siblings trying to survive against various evils and have a happy ending to their grim tale.

Players have to solve a series of puzzles to unlock areas and move forward in the game. A Plague Tale received generally favorable reviews from critics following its launch. The gameplay remains attractive and immersive and sounds like a great addition to the list of free PS Plus games.

The second RPG game is Disco Elysium. Players will play as an amnesiac detective solving a murder mystery. It is set in a large city recovering from a war, giving an ominous feel to the gameplay.

Unlike February, it appears PlayStation players will not be getting another PS5 game for free with the PS Plus in March. However, if these three titles end up making the cut, it still would be an amazing month for fans.
