Fortnite: a leak confirms that Alien will arrive with the latest portal

Fortnite

It seems that, unlike what has been claimed in the latest rumors, Peter Griffin will not arrive in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5. The dataminers in fact got their hands on the first images of the last portal, discovering the identity of the mysterious character whose skin we will soon see in the object shop.

As many suspected, the skin whose code name was that of "Space Banana" is precisely the Alien, the monstrous creature that has terrified us in the numerous films and in the acclaimed Alien Isolation, a 2014 horror title that just recently was given to all users on the Epic Games Store. Unfortunately, the information disseminated by the leakers on social networks does not include the polygonal model or images of the costume and objects that are part of its set, but only presents the background of the portal and the related sounds, which leave room for very little doubt about what next collaboration of the battle royale of Epic Games. It should be noted that the set will only include a male skin and it is therefore unlikely that the young protagonist of Isolation, Amanda Ripley, daughter of Ellen Ripley (the famous character played by Sigourney Weaver), is unlikely to accompany the Alien. >
Waiting to see the publication of the new audio file with clues about the character, we remind you that a recent leak has revealed the contents of March 2021 for subscribers to Fortnite Crew. Did you know Epic is giving away 1,000 V-Bucks to old Save the World players?

The Entire Fortnite Timeline Explained

Marvel partnered with Epic Games in the past, but Chapter 2 Season 4 was the first time an entire season featured on Marvel franchises. Thor rallied a team of heroes to stop Galactus from harnessing the power of the Zero Point, including Iron Man, She-Hulk, Wolverine, Groot, Mystique, Storm, and Doctor Doom. Epic added locations related to these heroes throughout the map, and also tossed in some superpowered weapons.

Galactus finally arrived to devour the Zero Point on the final day of the season. During the Devourer of Worlds event, Iron Man enlisted the player's help to lead a fleet of Battle Buses turned into bombs and stop the Galactus from absorbing the Zero Point. The Battle Bus bombs flew into Galactus' mouth, triggering an explosion that sent him back through the rift.

In a This Week in Marvel interview, Epic revealed that it had planned to integrate Marvel into Fortnite's story from as early as Season X. 'That's the moment that attracted Galactus,' explained Epic CCO Donald Mustard. 'Galactus felt this re-organizing of reality and was like 'huh, there's this energy source at the center of everything, and if I can consume that, I can consume not just the Marvel reality but I can consume everything.''
