Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe has announced the acquisition of a minority stake in Limbic Entertainment, the German studio responsible for games such as Tropico 6, Memories of Mars and Heroes of Might & Magic.

Limbic is a studio formed by over 80 employees and he will put his experience at Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe to develop two new franchises.
