As recently announced on the PlayStation Blog, Nioh and Nioh 2 will arrive on PlayStation 5 on February 5, 2021 via The Nioh Collection; a package that remastered both titles with support for 4K resolution and taking them to run at 120 frames per second. The collection will also offer all the DLCs, and in addition each remastered will also be purchasable separately and individually.
As stated by the creative director Tom Lee, The Nioh Collection will improve the two titles not only in the resolution and framerate side. , but will benefit from the new PlayStation 5 features, such as significantly faster loading in both games. It will also be possible to import your own saves from PS4 to PS5. Both the games individually and in the Nioh Collection will already be bookable in the PS Store starting next week.
